| I have misfires on cylinders 1 & 2. Here is what I have done so far: power balance test, cylinders 1 & 2 yield no change in idle swap known good coil pack with the problematic cylinders: still have the same results as before remove/check/clean/reinstall spark plugs: yields no change ran ECU diagnostics: code 21 PTU circuit malfunction my question is whether or not a problem in the PTU circuit would create misfires in only these two cylinders. I do smell a very strong smell of fuel (raw fuel) while the motor is running. I see no smoke emitting from the exhaust, but can definitely smell the raw fuel. The plugs were soaked in it when removed. Would a bad PTU create this problem as well? Any suggestions you guys may have would be appreciated, I am sort of at a loss here until I get home tonight and can swap in a good PTU from my garage. Also, I have a brand new OEM EFI harness from COZ so I know that the wiring is not an issue.
